Sworn to such circumstances as these, any & all meaningful utterances as well as non, be they in the aforementioned shapes, patterns, & pieces, that anyone else who desirest to appropriate, arrogate, assume, presume, presuppose, suppose, claim, frame, tame, maim, even give fame to by absconding with & laying bare these most inward-held musings suckled long upon the puny-slopped, slobbering innards deemed to be an artisan's share laid bare doth so only endeavor —with loggerheaded, dunderpated villainy—to usurp, premise as their own, & so, as such a churlish knave, must query & forthwith solicit acquiescence to such admonitions forthright placed upon this non-virtual place occupied by this non-apprenticed, plodding craftship-level aspiring master artisan—be it deemed the stuff of starlit compassed guidance or swinish bullswap scribbled paper—or take the consequences for straying into the worldly horror, lashed with thorny entanglements of attachments astride & astumble in the glass forest steepled-mazes abuzz with lawyers at hand to judge such thievery, as well as surpassing the communal bounds upon which, in truth, we must all give & be given sustenance therewith in the bosom of the neural net of energy-sharing wordsmiths, pixel weavers, electromagnetic shapershifters, signal lance throwers, code stalkers, & so much more….

Thus be it declared in all legal, mental, physical, & emotional pathways that heretofore, hereby, & hereafter in perpetuity when a larcenous foot-licker interlopes between creation & originator, this pact twill be effectual, sufficient, & in force till ashes to ashes & dust to dust—or memory turns to Alzheimer's—or the proprietary property yields no curiology for anyone, anywhere, anytime, in any universe: past, present, or future. P.S. Nor may the originator be held liable for their daft, demented nor deranged views in this dittoized world—or in the sane part—if that's where you perchance lodge.
